Anne Woodward	Just discovered your site whilst searching the web for, of all things, waggon wheels. I can't remember how it came up but I was trying to describe waggon wheels to my colleagues, all of whom are American - hardly surprising since I am living in North Carolina. As one man they shouted 'Moon Pie" - (only it sounded more like 'mooooon pah") and RC cola. Later that day they came in with a 'chocolate flavor' double decker moon pie. (apparantly you can get banana flavor). I was compelled to try it and have to rate it as possibly the worst 'biscuit' I have ever tasted - even worse than pink wafers. The biscuit part was incredibly dry, the chocolate part incredibly sparse and the mallow bit chewy.Anyway, the point of this is - what constitutes a waggon wheel? do they still make them, do you have a picture of one so I can compare? I'm sorry but its about 30 years since I had one - as a child, at the outdoor swimming pool, in the freezing cold, from a vending machine. I would appreciate any information. 	Nicey replies: Anne, Those Moon Pies do sound a bit iffy. Wagon Wheels are alive and well, I have a guest review waiting in the wings which should go up on the site over the weekend when I get some pictures of Wagon Wheels taken, the Internet seems devoid of proper pictures. They are also available now with Jam and Toffee in which is nice. Check back with in a few days. Also it is universally accepted that they are smaller than they used to be. Hope this puts you mind at rest.
D Berry Jacob's Orange Club Review	As a reply to your comment as to the disgusting way the French have treated the club biscuit,I just have to say that the club is still around in all its forms(mint,orange,plain,and raisin)-personally mint was always my favourite.However the layer of mint topping is now so thin you can hardly taste it, and as for the chocolate on the top don't even get me started.  Ps pink wafers rule no matter what you say.
Jordan Torbiak	While living in Canada i am somewhat removed from the biscuit world, I occasionally am able to enjoy a good biscuit (although crackers seem to be more common around my house).  I agree with the majority of your reviews, but I find pink wafers to be not only the best wafers available, but one of the better varieties found in the entire biscuit trichotomy.  Fig Newtons have always had a strange hold on me; I particularly enjoyed them in my early years.  Lately "Dad's" oatmeal and choc chip cookies make for a good lunch time supplement to a sandwich. 	Nicey replies: Thank you for those thoughts. I tried Pink Wafers again this week, in a grim experiment instigated by a work mate (Rimmingtons, Rinky dink Pink Panther wafers no less). Maybe it was the vitamins and minerals supplements as each wafer contained 10% of the RDA of zinc, iron, Vitamin C, B12, A folic acid, thiamin, and riboflavin, but they tasted bloody awful. I tried to think of something that might taste that bad and decided that stretches of tha A13 between Dagenham and Purfleet would probably hold their own in a taste test.
D Berry	Im sorry but i have to disagree with you on your slating of the pink wafer,which i believe to be one of the best biscuits ever invented. However i will forgive you if you incorporate the iced party ring and/or the jammie dodger(the original one with cream in the middle as well as jam) in your biscuit of the week sometime. If you could do this I would be eternally greatful.
Jesse Tatum	Hello Nicey, I am writing to congratulate you on your illuminating biscuit reviews. I've read some responses to your pink wafer statements, and I just want you to know that I totally agree with you. Frankly, pink wafers are nasty. I hate them.
