Please will you advise me the name of the biscuits which are similar to the appearance of Party Rings but without the hole in the middle. They were round, iced biscuits with pink, yellow or brown icing. Each biscuit may be completely iced with the same colour or have a combination (striped) of two or three colours.
Please let me know if you remember the name and whether they are still available to buy. |
Nicey replies: I know what you mean but can't think of the name, didn't they also come in round cornered square shapes as well? or am I imagining that.. |

For your interest, there is a Bhoco Biccy called a ChitChat, which is better than a timtam and a penguin. Most North Islanders should be familiar with them, but I could not find mention of them in the emails section.
I wish you every luck in getting your hands on this NZ delicacy.
Sinceriously

Nicey replies: Mark,
No they are not, unless of course they are ill fitting. |

I feel all my life i have been searching for a website like yours. There is a god after all! I feel there are a few issues I need to raise.
1 The email about viscount wrappers. Why are you eating orange ones anyway!! The best target to aim the perfect little spheres at is undoubtedly the cat!
2 The pie chart, cool idea, but surely the jammie d section should have been red in colour! why green? there must be some logical explaination.
3 Digestive creams have been around for ages (up in this neck t woods). They are the prefered choice to the cheap custard cream and the cuckoo of the bisciut world.
All in all, another recruit.
Off for a nice cuppa & a sit down
See Ya

Nicey replies: Emma,
As to your point 2, the technology employed can't choose its colours sensibly, that is the actual explanation. |
